AI floor plan generator built on real BIM data
Higharc’s Generative Building Model (GBM) can currently furnish rooms within an existing BIM home using the walls, windows, doors and geometry already defined in the model. Our researchers are now also developing the next capability: generating complete BIM home models from natural-language specifications.

AI home design: Representing buildings like language
Most AI layout tools look impressive until you try to use them in the real world. Why? They’ve already thrown away the very data that makes designs safe and buildable. Our research reveals the bottleneck that’s limiting AI application in homebuilding—and what it takes to fix it.

Towards self-driving codebases
Higharc’s AI Special Projects team is applying concepts from Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to software engineering. By pitting two specialized AI agents against each other, we’ve created an autonomous system for "self-healing" code.

AI layout at Higharc: Tokenizing buildings
Generative Building Model, a new AI layout system from Higharc, makes it possible to generate layouts that preserve geometry and BIM-native building data. Learn more about how this first-of-its-kind AI model works.
