Paul has been involved in the homebuilding industry since 2023, serving various strategic roles involving construction and operations. Prior to joining Epcon, he served as Group Vice President for Arthur Rutenberg Homes where he led an expansion and development effort that covered a six-state Midwestern market. Prior to that, he was with NVR for 10+ years in leadership roles in both Ohio and Florida.

Rob Krohn has 25+ years of experience leading marketing, advertising and lead generation strategies.

As the VP of Marketing for Epcon, Rob oversees strategy and execution for all company marketing activities. He also serves as a consultant to Epcon's national network of Franchise Builders. Prior to his current position, Rob oversaw brand management and marketing for Assurex Global, HSG/CodeBlue and HTP (aquired by McKensson).

Ryan Braet
VP of Purchasing, Epcon Communities

Ryan Braet joined the Epcon Team in 2014 as Director of Purchasing and was promoted to VP of Purchasing in 2017.

As an accomplished manager he has over 35 years of purchasing and construction experience in the Residential and Multifamily industry. He has a proven ability to successfully manage production staff and reduce company costs. He understands and implements the importance of budget, schedule, and quality. Expertise in effectively communicating with clients, contractors, and manufacturers. He has implemented a successful National Account Program for both our corporate and franchise homes. Ryan also assists with Epcon’s product development and plan maintenance to ensure that all plans are consistent from region to region.
